About the illustrations:
The original process card for this station repeatedly notes "see attached drawing / as shown in the figure", but the images embedded in the digital export are only the company logo and the "Controlled" version stamp — there are no actual process diagrams or photos. This page therefore does not show an illustration area. To view the original drawings, please check the official process card file in the paper system or PDM. 0100

Install floor piping and harness
Station NS111 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: Along the routes shown, lay out and secure each branch of the floor harness; all clips must be fully engaged, with none loose or hanging (use the EXACT-12 electric screwdriver to assist). Step 20: At the position shown, install the low-speed alarm module (AVAS) (fasten the bolts with a Phillips bit). Step 30: As required, secure and lay out the HVAC piping with fir-tree cable ties (fasten the bolts with an S8 socket). Step 40: At the position shown, install the rear evaporator to adapter piping assembly; bolt tightening torque (M8): 23±3 N·m, and it must be tightened strictly to this torque.

Install body 4th mount
Station NS111 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: On the sub-assembly bench, pre-assemble the body 4th mount (left and right) with the rear wall mounting plates, tightening in the sequence of 1 first, then 2 (using an impact wrench). Step 20: At the positions shown, pre-install all the bolts (pre-assembly, do not fully tighten yet) (using a Phillips bit). Step 30: Tighten in the sequence shown: first pre-tighten bolt 3 until the parts just make contact, then tighten bolt 4, then tighten bolt 5, and finally tighten bolt 3 (using an S18 socket). Step 40: At the position shown, install the body 4th mount support rod assembly; first tighten the primary locating hole bolt, then tighten the secondary locating hole bolt; tightening torque (M14): 200±10 N·m (using an S21 socket and the 4th mount sub-assembly bench; finally verify the tightening torque with a torque wrench and an 18×21 open-end wrench).
