About the illustrations:
The original process card for this station repeatedly notes "see attached drawing / as shown in the figure", but the images embedded in the digital export are only the company logo and the "Controlled" version stamp — there are no actual process diagrams or photos. This page therefore does not show an illustration area. To view the original drawings, please check the official process card file in the paper system or PDM. 0100
Install roof assembly
Station NS100 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, apply sealant to the mating surface between the roof and the body sheet metal; at the left and right rear corners of the body-in-white, add extra sealant bead runs (see the schematic for details) to prevent defects such as broken beads, non-conforming cross-sections, or out-of-tolerance bead paths. Step 20: As shown, install the roof assembly: first complete the primary locating, then the auxiliary locating, to ensure the roof is positioned accurately and in place. Step 30: As shown, install the roof using hex flange self-drilling bolts, and complete the grounding connection of the roof harness at the same time. Roof bolts (M8) tightening torque: 23±3 N·m; grounding bolts (M6) tightening torque: 9±1 N·m — this is a safety-critical control point and must be strictly ensured.

Step 30: The grounding bolt tightening torque (M6) shall be controlled at 9±1 N·m, checked by sampling the static torque, 2 pieces per day/shift; this is a safety-critical (S-class) item and the inspection record card must be filled in (△).
