About the illustrations:
The original process card for this station repeatedly notes "see attached drawing / as shown in the figure", but the images embedded in the digital export are only the company logo and the "Controlled" version stamp — there are no actual process diagrams or photos. This page therefore does not show an illustration area. To view the original drawings, please check the official process card file in the paper system or PDM. 0100
Install striker assembly
Station NS109 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: At the positions shown, install the rear lock striker assembly onto the right side wall of the cab using internal-torx countersunk-head screws; first pre-tighten until the striker just contacts the sheet metal — do not tighten fully (final tightening is done after the door is installed). Step 20: At the positions shown, install the front lock striker assembly onto the right side wall of the cab using internal-torx countersunk-head screws; likewise pre-tighten first until the striker just contacts the sheet metal (final tightening after the door is installed). Step 30: At the positions shown, install the side wall end guide pin. Step 40: At the positions shown, install the floor lock striker assembly onto the right side wall of the cab using hex flange bolts; the tightening torque (M6) must be controlled at 9±1 N·m, and be sure to verify it with a torque wrench.

Install door process assembly
Station NS109 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: At the position shown, install the upper hinge guide pin seat and fasten it with an internal-torx pan-head screw. Step 20: As shown, clip the middle hinge into the middle guide rail, connect it to the front and rear pull cables through the pin shaft, and secure it with a pin. Step 30: As shown, install the door process assembly: fit the upper and lower hinges into their respective guide rails, then install the middle hinge onto the door, and tighten the bolts into place with the right-angle electric screwdriver and the EXACT-12 electric screwdriver. Step 40: As shown, install the upper guide rail bumper. Step 50: As shown, using bolt Q1840516F62, install the lower roller limit spring plate. Step 60: As shown, align the lower section of the sliding door drag chain with the mounting point on the floor lock striker assembly, lift it up by about 1–5°, and fasten it into place with the standard fasteners supplied by the vendor (M5 tightening torque 9±1 N·m, M6 tightening torque 9±1 N·m); finally, bundle and organize the excess harness.

✓ Quality inspection points
Hinge bolt tightening torque (M8) shall reach 23±3 N·m; inspection method is sampled static torque; inspection frequency is 2 pieces per shift
Adjust door gap and surface offset
Station NS109 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, adjust the door gaps and surface offsets in the X, Y and Z directions; they must meet the DTS requirements. Step 20: After the sliding door adjustment is complete, manually open and close the door twice to confirm smooth operation, then tighten the front and rear strikers and the guide pins; the tightening torque (M8) must be controlled at 23±3 N·m — this is a safety-critical control point and must be confirmed. Step 30: As shown, install the right side wall slide-rail end cover plate assembly and the right side wall slide-rail cover plate assembly.
Parts required
Right side wall slide-rail end cover plate assembly ×1
Cross-recessed pan-head screw ×2
Right side wall slide-rail cover plate assembly ×1

✓ Quality inspection points
After the door is closed, the body lines on the outer surface of the door shall be visually aligned; the surrounding gap and surface offset of the door must meet the DTS requirements; inspection method is sampled static gap and surface offset; inspection frequency is 2 pieces per shift
