Install instrument harness
Station YBT201 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: Fix the cross-car beam assembly onto the IP fixture cart; make sure it is firmly secured. Step 20: As shown, install the instrument harness from the center yellow mark outward to both sides onto the cross-car beam assembly, and snap all clips securely in place. Step 30: As shown, first plug the combined antenna connector into place, then install the combined antenna onto the cross-car beam assembly with hex flange bolts; tightening torque (M6×2): 9±3 N·m; then bundle the harness together with the main instrument harness. 【Important control point】Note: ① the harness routing must be correct and must not interfere with sharp edges or moving parts; ② electrical connectors must be fully connected or fixed in place, with no damage and no terminals pushed out; ③ clamps, cable ties, and harness clips must be in the correct positions and must never contact moving parts, sharp edges, or high-temperature components — this is a safety-critical item, please confirm.

Step 10: As shown, first plug the AR-HUD connector into place, then install the AR-HUD onto the cross-car beam assembly with hex flange bolts; tightening torque (M6×4): 9±1 N·m.

Install instrument duct assembly
Station YBT202 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, in the order 1, 2, 3, 4, install the left/right ducts and the left/right defroster ducts onto the cross-car beam assembly with cross-recessed truss-head self-tapping screws; tighten all cross-recessed truss-head self-tapping screws until the mounting surfaces are in full contact; tightening torque (cross-recessed self-tapping screws): 2±0.5 N·m.

Install instrument panel lower body
Station YBT203 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, first place the instrument panel lower body assembly onto the cross-car beam assembly, route the harness out through the 5 positions in advance, then secure the instrument panel lower body assembly with hex flange bolts, aligning the primary locating first and then the auxiliary locating; tightening torque (M6×15): 9±1 N·m.

Install instrument panel upper body
Station YBT203 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, install the NFC antenna onto the instrument panel upper body assembly with cross-recessed truss-head self-tapping screws; tightening torque: 3±1 N·m. Step 20: As shown, install the instrument panel upper body assembly onto the cross-car beam assembly and the instrument panel lower body assembly (note: ensure the installation guides are seated); hex flange bolt tightening torque (M6): 9±1 N·m; cross-recessed truss-head self-tapping screw tightening torque: 1.5±0.5 N·m. Step 30: As shown, first plug the speaker (midrange/tweeter) connectors into place, then fix the speakers (midrange/tweeter) onto the instrument panel upper body assembly according to the locating direction; tightening torque: 3±1 N·m; finally snap the left and right speaker grille assemblies onto the instrument panel upper body assembly (note: the surrounding snap points must be fully engaged). Step 40: As shown, first snap the left and right vent trim panel assemblies onto the upper and lower instrument panel bodies (note: the surrounding snap points must be fully engaged); tightening torque (cross-recessed self-tapping screws): 2±0.5 N·m.

Station YBT203 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, first plug the IPC screen connector into place, then install the IPC screen onto the instrument panel upper body assembly with cross-recessed pan-head screws; tightening torque: 3±1 N·m. Step 20: As shown, snap the instrument panel cluster hood assembly (two versions: with HUD / without HUD; select one according to the vehicle model) onto the instrument panel upper body assembly (note: the surrounding snap points must be fully engaged). Step 30: As shown, first install the DMS camera and its bracket onto the IVI screen with the supplied screws, then plug the connectors into place, then install the IVI screen onto the instrument panel upper body assembly with hex flange bolts; tightening torque: 9±1 N·m; DMS camera bracket cross-recessed self-tapping screw tightening torque: 2±0.5 N·m. Step 40: As shown, install the CAR screen; the installation steps and process requirements are the same as Step 30. Step 50: As shown, snap the rear housing plugs onto the CAR screen / IVI screen respectively (note: the surrounding snap points must be fully engaged).
