6.21.3.1 Replacement of Engine Compartment Trim Panel Body
Trim Panel Body
Removal Procedures
1
Open the door.

Open the front flip cover plate.
3
Remove 6 fixing screws of the engine compartment trim
panel body.
4
Remove the engine compartment trim panel body.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the engine compartment trim panel body to the
mounting position.
2
Install 6 fixing screws of the engine compartment trim
panel body.
3
Close the front flip cover plate.
4
Close the door.
6.21.3.2 Replacement of Front Windshield Cover Plate
Cover Plate
Removal Procedures
1
Open the door.
2
Open the front flip cover plate.
3
Remove the primary wiper arm blade assembly (nozzle
and hose).
4
Remove the two-way joint.
5
Disengage the water fluid reservoir water pipe.
caution
Use a clean container to receive the discharged
coolant.
6
Disengage 9 clips of the front windshield cover plate.
7
Remove 2 fixing bolts of the front windshield cover plate,
and remove the front windshield cover plate.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the front windshield cover plate to the mounting
position.
2
Install 2 fixing bolts of the front windshield cover plate.
Torque: (6.5 +/- .75) ft lbs
3
Install 9 clips of the front windshield cover plate.
4
Install the water fluid reservoir water pipe.
5
Install the two-way joint.
6
Install the primary wiper arm blade assembly (nozzle and
hose).
7
Close the front flip cover plate.
8
Close the door.
