Removal Procedures
1
Release air pressure from the brake system.

Open the door.

Open the front flip cover plate.

Disconnect the battery negative cable.
caution
The harness is firmly connected following the
principal of "insert until a click is heard for
confirmation".

Disconnect 1 harness connector of the differential lock
solenoid valve assembly with bracket.

Disconnect the 3 air pipes of the differential lock solenoid
valve assembly with bracket.
7
Remove the 2 fixing bolts of the differential lock solenoid
valve assembly with bracket.

Detach the differential lock solenoid valve.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the differential lock solenoid valve assembly with
bracket to the installation position.
2
Install the 2 fixing bolts of the differential lock solenoid
valve assembly with bracket.
Torque: (11 ft-lb +/- .5 ft-lb) ft-lb
3
Connect the 3 air pipes of the differential lock solenoid
valve assembly with bracket.
4
Connect 1 harness connector of the differential lock
solenoid valve assembly with bracket.
caution
The harness is firmly connected following the
principal of "insert until a click is heard for
confirmation".

Connect the battery negative cable.
6
Close the front flip cover plate.
7
Close the door.
