About the illustrations:
The original process card for this station repeatedly notes "see attached drawing / as shown in the figure", but the images embedded in the digital export are only the company logo and the "Controlled" version stamp — there are no actual process diagrams or photos. This page therefore does not show an illustration area. To view the original drawings, please check the official process card file in the paper system or PDM. 0100
Install whole-vehicle glass assembly
Station NS106 · Standard time 1.2 min | Operation steps
Step 10: As shown, install the pre-assembled DVR camera, sunlight & rain sensor and its bracket, speed light, and front-view smart camera onto the front windshield, and tighten the screws with the EXACT-12 electric screwdriver. Step 20: As shown, install the front windshield assembly, left front triangular window glass assembly, right front triangular window glass assembly, left side four-corner window glass, and right side four-corner window glass (using a Phillips bit, S8 socket, and glue gun). After installation, gently tap the mating edge between the vehicle glass and the body sheet metal with the palm of the hand (within approx. 40 mm of the outer boundary of the black edge; see the palm-tapping area schematic) so that the locating pins expand, then temporarily secure with residue-free tape. Technical requirements: the adhesive bead path tolerance is ±1 mm; the bead cross-section dimensions are 7-11 mm base width and 13-16 mm height; auxiliary materials must comply with the technical requirements; also pay attention to the surrounding mating gaps and surface offsets. Bonding process time limits: after applying the cleaning activator, allow it to stand for more than 5 minutes before applying the primer; after the primer is applied, the glass adhesive bonding must be completed within 5 minutes; after the glass adhesive is applied, bonding must be completed within 15 minutes to prevent the adhesive surface from skinning over and losing effectiveness. Seasonal switch reminder: for the polyurethane glass bonding adhesive, use the winter-grade adhesive from October 30 to March 30 of the following year (±10 days), and the summer-grade adhesive for the rest of the year; be sure to confirm the adhesive grade according to the season.
