6.24.3 Dismantling and Installation
6.24.3.1 Replacement of Roof Deflector Body
Removal Procedures
1
Open the door.
2
Open the front flip cover plate.
3
Disconnect the battery negative cable.
caution
power down the high-voltage system before
disconnecting the negative pole of the storage
battery.
4
Remove the roof deflector middle bracket.
5
Remove the roof deflector mounting bracket.
6
Remove 4 fixing bolts of the roof deflector body, and
remove the roof deflector body.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the roof deflector body to the mounting position.
2
Install 4 fixing bolts of the roof deflector body.
Torque:(14.75 +/- 19) ft lbs
3
Install the deflector mounting bracket.
4
Install the roof deflector middle bracket.
5
Connect the battery negative cable.
6
Close the front flip cover plate.
7
Close the door.
6.24.3.2 Replacement Of Left Deflector Upper Body
Body
Removal Procedures
1
Remove 8 fixing bolts of the left deflector upper body, and
remove the left deflector upper body.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the left deflector upper body to the mounting
position.
2
Install 8 fixing bolts of the left deflector upper body.
Torque:(14.75 - 19) ft lbs
6.24.3.3 Replacement of Right Deflector Upper Body
Body
Removal Procedures
1
Remove 8 fixing bolts of the right deflector upper body,
and remove the right deflector upper body.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the right deflector upper body to the mounting
position.
2
Install 8 fixing bolts of the right deflector upper body.
Torque: (14.75 - 19) ft lbs
6.24.3.4 Replacement of Left Deflector Lower Body
Body
Removal Procedures
1
Remove 10 fixing bolts of the left deflector lower body, and
remove the left deflector lower body.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the left deflector lower body to the mounting
position.
2
Install 10 fixing bolts of the left deflector lower body.
Torque:(14.75 - 19) ft lbs
6.24.3.5 Replacement of Right Deflector Lower Body
Body
Removal Procedures
1
Remove 10 fixing bolts of the right deflector lower body,
and remove the right deflector lower body.
Installation Procedures
1
Move the right deflector lower body to the mounting
position.
2
Install 10 fixing bolts of the right deflector lower body.
Torque: (14.75 - 19) ft lbs
