The Covered Patents are every patent and application owned by Anhui Windrose Holdings Co., Ltd. (安徽苇渡控股有限公司), Shanghai Windrose Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (上海苇渡汽车科技有限公司), or Windrose Technology, Inc. That is 212 Chinese patents granted as of the July 2026 ledger, the 98 pending Chinese invention applications, US D1,104,863, US D1,104,865, and their continuations, divisions, re-examinations, PCT national phases and corresponding filings in any country, including the pending United States utility application in the family of CN 119611032. The pledge binds those companies, their affiliates, successors and later owners. A number list is available from legal@windrose.ai.
Trademarks are not released. Third-party patents are not released. Intellectual property for Mega 960 held by Windrose Holdings Limited NV or Windrose Technology Antwerp NV, and not already a Covered Patent, is not released. The licence ends, on the date of the assertion, for a party that asserts a patent or design right against Windrose, its affiliates, or a user of a Windrose product. The registrations stay in force. English prevails.
