End of line — calibration and quality gatesThe twelve stages a finished vehicle passes before release. The controlled commissioning document, not this page, is the authority.
End of line — calibration and quality gates
These stages are part of the Antwerp instructions — the fourth line on the plan above. Open End of line there and click a stage to read it over the map. After assembly the vehicle passes them before it can be released. Each one below opens to its clauses, values and acceptance criteria from the controlled commissioning document — that document, not this page, is the authority for release.

What the acronyms mean
Upstream — the body shop in 🇨🇳 ChinaThe welding stations that build the cab shell before it reaches Antwerp. Not part of these instructions, and none of them are on this floor.
Upstream — the body shop in 🇨🇳 China
Stamping, welding and painting happen in China, before Antwerp. The welded, painted cab shell crosses the border as KD material and enters the cab line here, so none of these stations are on the Antwerp floor and none of them appear on the plan above. They are documented because the shell arrives built to them.
English only — these were extracted from the Chinese process cards and have no language editions yet. The handoff itself — what is checked when the shell is accepted in Antwerp — is still undocumented on both sides.
A — Global supply chain, and the Antwerp lineWhere each assembly comes from, the KD kits and their HS codes, and the Z01–Z06 kit numbers on the line here.
Global supply chain
Where each assembly comes from. Stamping, welding and painting stay in China with the body shop; the KD kits below cross the border under their own HS codes.

Routing, matrix and visual atlas
The controlled work instructions behind every station: operations, steps, source photos and the 3D viewer link.

Section matrix
Cab · Chassis · ExteriorThis is the scan layer: one place to compare sections, stations, operations and step links without repeating the full manuals.
Visual atlas
Photos · renders · source stepsEvery cited image is grouped by section and station, then tied back to its operation and GLB link. This is the reconciliation layer for the source photos.
