Warranty Principles
How Windrose assesses and delivers a warranty claim.
- Where the owner has operated and maintained the vehicle correctly and a fault occurs within the warranty period or mileage due to design or manufacturing defects, Windrose will inspect and confirm responsibility before providing warranty service free of charge.
- Warranty service follows the principle of "repair first, replace the minimum number of components."
- Warranty service covers only direct costs arising from quality defects — labour, parts, consumables, and call-out fees. Indirect or consequential losses are not covered.
- During the warranty period, vehicles must not be self-repaired or disassembled. The fault condition must be preserved; otherwise the service station will refuse warranty service.
- Replacement parts provided under warranty coverage carry only the remaining warranty period of the original component.
- If the odometer fails and no mileage evidence is available, mileage is calculated at 28 days/month, 8 hours/day, at an average speed of 80 km/h.
